Each one of our molding processes is different and allows our manufacturers more flexibility in determining how to manufacture the part. Most of our manufacturers make all their own molds, dies, and extrusion heads in-house for total control over quality and on-time deliveries. We can usually work off of a sample part or a formal engineering drawing to quote your needs.
